Can these used on galvanized plumbing
Yes, they can be used with galvanized pipe as long as pipe tape is used on the male threads before connection.
Will your MPT threaded fittings work with a female NPSM fitting? Thank you.
Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, our male fittings will work with female NPSM fittings. Please use pipe tape on our male threads for a better leak-proof connection.
I have now had two Apollo brass male adapters develop micro-cracks and fail, causing leaks, and costing me greatly. Both fittings were connected to a shower valve; one on the hot water supply side and one on the cold water supply side. Apollo, please reach out to me if you would.
