Is it acceptable to couple PEX Tubing to Wirsbo Tubing using a PEX Brass Coupling and stainless steel pinch clamps
If the Wirsbo tubing is PEX-B or F-2159, then yes, you can couple it with PEX-B brass couplings and stainless steel pinch clamps. If it’s not PEX-B tubing, then no, you can’t couple it with PEX-B fittings and pinch clamps.

0.5335 inches is the inner diameter of the 3/4″ PEX-B Brass Coupling.
Is it safe to connect brass Pex fittings to galvanized steel without the risk of galvanic corrosion?
Apollo PEX fittings can be connected to galvanized pipe without corrosion as long as there is an ample amount of plumber’s tape between the fitting and the galvanized pipe.

Can you expand the Pex B pipe to fit around a coupling?
No, PEX-B pipe cannot be expanded to fit around a coupling. A crimp ring, pinch clamp, or stainless steel sleeve must be used to secure fittings to PEX-B pipe.
